1. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion at any time using one of the following methods:
- Through the IBSF app or website: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the instructions.

contact@infinitybrains.comwith the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include your registered email address and verification details.
2. Verification
For security reasons, we will verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may be done through your registered email address or additional questions to confirm ownership.
3. Deletion Timeline
Once verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security reasons (for example, transaction or audit records). Retained data will be stored securely and removed after the required retention period.
4. Consequences of Deletion
After deletion, you will lose access to your IBSF account and all related services. All personal data, preferences, and account history will be permanently removed and cannot be restored. To use IBSF again, you will need to create a new account.
5. Exceptions
Deletion may be delayed or refused in the following cases:
- Ongoing investigations or fraud prevention efforts
- Outstanding financial obligations
